In Ashland, washes are busiest on sunny weekends and the first dry day after rain or a snowstorm, when lines back onto the street; weekday mornings are the quietest. Across Virginia, expect a basic exterior wash to cost about what a fast-food meal does, with wax, tire shine and undercarriage rinse sold as tiers above it. Self-service bays are the cheapest way to clean a truck bed, a muddy off-roader or a vehicle that will not fit a tunnel, and many run around the clock. Check the listing for the wash type, hours, free vacuums, unlimited plans and whether the site accepts cards or app payments, then call ahead in freezing weather, when tunnels close.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are Open 24 hours. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Ashland is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ashland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I like it self serve diy car wash is what I prefer over automated to get tough spots and really clean for people that use the brushes for heavy residual dirt best practice is to clean the brush with the pressure washer first or bring your own rags or wash mit pressure is better than decent compared to other self serves they are also cheaper and they keep it open basically all year even in the winter great for a quick spray off after snow and getting the melt chemicals and salt from the underbody and paint

Change of management?- NOT GOOD. Iβve been a semi-regular/monthly customer for 4 years and this place has gone down the toilet. Iβm ok with price increases because everything has been going up , and I have spent Thousands of $ at Mega Wash on washes with this business between the wash and tips for a big truck. But asking me if I want to wash the sides of the truck for an up-charge and not just the front and back is stupidity. Just raise the price if you need to. During the wash today I asked twice to make sure the wheels were cleaned because I hadnβt seen anybody grab the wheel brush like they normally do and was assured they were taken care of . Asked the lead guy , TWICE! Got home after $104.95 for a 15 min wash, that I drove an hour out of my way because Iβm loyal , gave them $40 tip- WHEELS WERE NOT TOUCHED. Crap, lazy, dishonest service at a premium price. Never again.

Cars look good until they dry and you see everything left behind. Waste of money and if you ask for refund manager tries everything to not give you one wasting more my time like its a good idea keep blasting cars at high pressure with more soaps because it didn't work the first time. Self serve bay is no better everyone uses the scrub brush on wheels so there is always grit inside them

Iβve been a longβtime customer of this Mega Carwash location and have been bringing my vehicles here since the day it opened. The setup is great, the bays are well maintained, and the entire staff consistently delivers excellent service. During a recent visit around March 25th, I ran into an issue with the card reader in Bay #1 (left to right). It was a warm, busy day, the line was backed up, and after waiting about 30 minutes, the reader still wouldnβt accept my card. I had to circle back around and try again. What stood out was how quickly the team noticed and stepped in. Steve saw that I had just left the bay and returned, and he came over right away to ask if I was having trouble. After I explained the situation, he asked to check the bay before I pulled into another one so I wouldnβt waste more time. With the line still long, he coordinated with Makayla to keep an eye out for me and assist as needed - a small gesture, but one that showed real customer care and awareness. Once I got into a new bay, Steve had already assessed the issue with the original card reader and was able to provide a clear resolution. Their teamwork, attention, and willingness to step in made a frustratin

We couldnβt be happier with the job done on our camper and truck at MegaWash. The employees were friendly, hardworking, and made the whole experience easy. They did an amazing job and left both the truck and camper absolutely spotless. We will definitely be coming back again.

This was an unusual find in HH. We were able to get our TT and truck cleaned with "The Works" for only $89 and had a spacious concrete level spot for an overnight stay. They gave us free 30 amp hookup and offered a complimentary dump station and potable water! I highly recommend! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I'm happy to see such a nice RV Wash Facility! The prices are on par, I believe we paid $120 plus, tip, for both the RV and Hummer in tow, all without having to take the hummer off the hitch. While there are many more benefits than there are complaints, I do have two. First, the Hummer wash was a waste for us and it probably had something to do with it remaining connected to the RV. I get that. Def won't do that again. The second complaint...the spot free rinse. It was not spot free, and again, I'll give these guys a break because it's probably spot free on paint, but def. not on chrome and our RV has LOTS of chrome! We ended up having to wash it again just to get all the water spots cleaned up. I did contact the company to voice may concerns and they were very responsive, adding that they would keep a credit on our account, the amount for the Hummer wash, for a future use. I thought that was fair. So thank you for that. As for the spots, I'll have my own towels on hand next time to use after the wash to avoid the spots. Thank you for being there! It's a great place for a thorough RV wash!
